GHC info

U.S.A. Georgia

I am trying to get some info about Georgia Highlands. I have all pre-reqs done, except A&p2 and Micro. I have taken my dosage calc test and I am at a 2.8GPA right now. I am currently going to school and on the wait list in Missouri, but planning on moving back to GA.

What would I have to do/take?

How long is the wait list?

It is an RN program, correct?

If you only have two classes to complete it would take a semester. Also did you take your TEAS V test and SATs yet? Those results are added in to the nursing application worksheet. Also to be honest you may want to take longer and boost your GPA with a few other classes because a 2.8 GPA you will probably not get in. Most people you are competing with are at least in the 3.5 range.

If I have a 3.1 GPA... Do you think I could get in? All of my pre-reqs are complete and my TEAS scores are in the 99th percentile on my fist attempt (100 on math and 93 on science.) my worksheet is around 1110, and i received all A's on my sciences. I applied for the fall and and am very nervous bc of my lower GPA. (I screwed around my first year of college) what do you think? Do they really just take your application worksheet into consideration? Or they look at everything all together?
