Georgia Health Science University applicants for Aug12

U.S.A. Georgia

Hey, I am applying to the Athens campus for the CNL program at GHSU. Has anyone else turned in an application? Has anyone heard anything yet? Does anyone know how many seats are open and filled so far?

Would love to hear from some other applicants!

Wow! I was thinking I would enjoy this time without school demands and maybe wait to start reviewing next month. It is pretty nonstop once things get started. My family keeps making "see you in sixteen months" jokes. Also we need to check into CPR certification. I used to be certified, but let it expire.

Anyone else going to the Augusta campus looking for housing? If so, shoot me an email.

@ugapeach : you're at the Augusta campus, right? Which day did you interview? It would be cool if we've met each other already.

kakammeier: i interviewed in Athens the first day of interviews (March 2nd) @ 8 am

Does anyone know how to obtain a GHSU netID??

Sealchip, unless they changed it .... When my husband attended, GHSU emailed him that info after his $100 deposit was processed. Like I said that may have changed. They definitely changed the notification of acceptance. He got a phone call then the letter. No long wait. Won't that have been nice?

@ugapeach: I interviewed that same day at 10:30, we just barely missed each other

kakammeier: have you made any living arrangements for the fall?

Go to this website and then scroll down to the net id section. It will give you directions on the rest.

The immunizations seems kind of daunting, yikes. Is there anything else coming up that we need to be on top of. I saw that we get our ids on the 17th it looks like? Anyone heard anything about orientation or the cpr class?

I got into the Augusta campus as well! I am living with my Aunt and Uncle that live right outside of Augusta.

The other day I messaged my husband's classmates (CNL class of 2011) and asked if they had any advice to offer. I thought those of us who have discussed the CPR certification would find this interesting .....

"Another piece of randomness... Don't rush to get your CPR certification completed - Says the person who did just that in April 2010 and has to renew within the first month of starting work :)"

@ugapeach: no, i haven't made housing arrangements yet. It's difficult since I live in CA, but ideally i'd like to live with other CNL students.

sealchip and I are friends on facebook, do you have one to? either way, you can also e-mail me at [email protected]
