Contacting the LPN Board???

New to the forum, I worked as an LPN in several states and the last one was Georgia that I was licenced in. I haven't worked as a nurse for quite sometime and I hope to take a refresher but I need to contact the board to make sure my online is approved and what their requirements are. I've tried several phone numbers without sucess and was hoping someone could give me a contact number to talk with someone.

Sigh...never mind, it appears that I am not eligible to take a refresher course because I haven't worked as a nurse for more than 5 years...I would have to take the WHOLE thing over again...not gonna happen.

They scream about nursing shortages but make it next to impossible to re-enter the industry.:angryfire

I'm an older single person and can't afford the luxury of taking time off from work. I could have managed the online refresher program my state approves but if I had to go back and take the whole thing over, I'd opt for an RN program.
