What is your new class size?

my semester is now over. i am assuming that for most of us our semester is over or just about. we had a meeting last night regarding registering for next semester, and we got to see who passed the first semester. the official numbers are out. we are down from 60 to 38. i believe it was rumored to be down to 28 at one time. i guess the final really helped some people.

i am just curious. how many are in your class at this time? how many did you start with?

My class started with 86 students. We lost 17 after the first semester and picked up 5. We lost 6 students during the semester which left us with 68 going into the final tuesday. I know of at least 10 people who did not pass so far, I am sure we will only have about 50 people going into the summer. On our final for the second semester out of 68 people 28 failed, 1 A (me I got a 94), 8 B's, and the rest C's. I ended up with a 92.2 for the semester (a B) so I was pretty disappointed. Cannot wait to start class again tomorrow, we cover labor and delivery, nursery, etc this summer.

We started out with 54, dropped down to 48 before the semester ended. I don't know yet how many will be in the next semester. I'll be in med-surg next semester.

we started out with 45.....then to 40......we are now down to 35 and with finals around the corner, could be losing a few more.........
