Thanks!! How was your first semester? Any tips?? Anything i should study up on before the summer is over? What all did you need? I'm so nervous! I've heard mixed reviews on their nursing program

First semester was intense, but definitely doable. It's going to seem like a lot â€” and it is, but once you get past the first 3 classes it calms down a lot. I would definitely start learning NCLEX style questions. All of the exams are formatted that way and seem to be the one of the main reasons people had trouble. Honestly, I didn't need much of anything, they pass note packets out which was really nice. I would definitely recommend a planner and to meet friends in your class. I couldn't have gotten through without them. Also, I created a Facebook group for our graduating class and added everyone so if anyone had questions, etc. it was there. It was really helpful! Deep breaths you're going to love it!!!

I heard first semester was alot of aide work! Is that true? My charge nurse suggested that I get a review book! I think I'm going to this weekend! I've got my planner!! Lol I'm not a huge planner user but I've heard that it gets pretty hectic so I'm trying to get into the habit of that! Thats awesome! I've been in a huge panic all summer hahaha i am so nervous. I got in with a friend, but we are at different clinical sites. What clinical site did you go to, if you dont mind me asking. And how was that??
