Temporary or full-time work before MSN/NP?

I'm a current senior going to undergrad school to obtain my BSN degree. I would like to work a year after obtaining my BSN before going to grad school to get my MSN and become an NP. When applying for jobs for only a year, does it have to be a specified temporary position or can I apply to any RN position and then leave after a year? Does anyone know of any hospitals in Pennsylvania or the surrounding area that are especially accomodating to this?

I'm not familiar with PA, but I would strongly advise against informing ANY prospective employer that you aim to move on after only 1 year. They would not be interested in you due to such a poor return on their investment. What happens if you aren't accepted to grad school?
