Hi,

I'm hoping to either attend Rutgers or 's RN-BSN online program.

I was wondering if anyone who is currently in these programs, could give me some information about these programs.

Such as things you like/dislike about the program.

If you had to choose again, would you choose the program you are in?

Is it easy/difficult to communicate with the school/faculty, since it is an online forum?

Any information is greatly appreciated!

I am currently I'm Drexels online program and I love it. Professors really care, courses are interesting and relevant. I honestly can't say there's anything I dislike, and I have taken 5 courses so far. I wouldn't definitely choose this program again and I am planning on doing my msnfnp at . Professors are very easy to communicate with and feedback is timely.

I did some undergrad at rutgers years ago and considered their program but in my opinion their course material seemed less relevant than drexels. More " bs" courses if you will, especially with the msn/dnp. Good luck!

I meant definitely WOULD choose it again, sorry.

Thanks! I have a few questions, if you can answer them that would be great:)

How long do you anticipate the program taking you?

Are you working at the same time?

How many classes are you taking per semester?

Are the courses more papers or exams?

I will be finished June 2017. I am not working but took time off for school, but I think most of my classmates are working. I am taking 2 per semester, and I have seen it recommended by past students to NOT take more than 2 per semester. As far as papers vs exams, it depends on the course, but some are writing intensive. Every class I have taken has been very enjoyable though, interesting, and I have never felt like they were just "fluff". Professors are great and truly want you to succeed. Good luck!
