Refresh/Study for beginning nursing school

Nursing Students General Students

Hello, all! I start my first semester of nursing school this September, and was wondering what any current nursing students would recommend reviewing before the start of nursing school. For example, it has been a year since my A&P course, so I'm guessing it would be a good idea to refresh on that. Is there anything else it would be wise to do to better prepare myself?

I appreciate any advice!

I guess starting my LPN program I was optimistic and excited. Now that Im in my bridge I dread the start if every semester because I know all the hard work I will have to put in all the fun things I will miss, and all the hours of sleep I don't get. I am a dedicated nursing student who makes good grades, but when that break comes I seize the moment and all of it! Good luck to you though and I hope you can avoid the burnout for as long as possible![/quote']

Thanks! I'm going to try a nice combination of preparing and enjoying my free time. I often get overwhelmed at the start of classes, so I'm trying to avoid that by going over old info so I can focus on the new.
