Ready to start on Wednesday!

God, time sure when by quick. The summer is over and my Nursing program starts this Wednesday. Last Friday was orientation, we got our laptop, and the whole how this is going to be the best time of our lives speel. I was very happy they didnt intimadate us by saying things like... "half of you will fail, or only so many make it to graduation" there approach was more a... from this group we hope to shake all of your hands on graduation day!! I know 100% of us wont make it, for various reasons, but it sure seems they will do there best to keep us.

My acclerated (15-months) nursing program starts on Sept. 6 (Tuesday), I'm excited and nervous at the same time. Today, I just finished my BLS (CPR) class for my clinical which I'm glad its over. I had my orientation in June and all the messages from nursing directors and administrative are all "POSITIVE". They said all of us will be very successful in nursing school because if they selected us, they know we will do great in NS. The nursing director also added that nursing students from my school are in high demand and many hospitals would love to have us during clinicals....many graduated work for the best hospital in NYC.
