Programs for care plans and assessment practice

I am about to start the RN program in 2 weeks! :) I was reading on ehow.com about how to study for fundamentals of nursing, well it said to get a software program that you can practice nursing care plans and patient assessment. Does anybody know of any software programs? My syllabus/course assignment book has our practice assessments in there, and sample care plans. I would like to have a program that I can practice these things on them, not having to copy the practice assessment each time I want to practice it. Does anybody know of any programs that have these things? or even ones that show you where you are wrong, and help you correct it?

I seen lippincott's docucare, but i do not think it is out.
