Pharmaceutical Nursing Jobs

I wanted to reach out to see if I could get some advice about career direction after graduating with my BSN in a few months. I have heard there are nursing opportunities with Pharmaceutical companies, is it difficult to get hired right out of school in Pharmaceuticals ? I am currently living in an area infiltrated with nursing schools so it can be challenging to find a job right out of school, so I am researching all avenues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

From what I have seen from job postings and a stepmom who has been a rep for years, you need to have a network of physicians that you already have a rapport built with in order to be attractive to them. Few new grad RNs possess this.
