Online Rn Education?????

Hi,

My sister wants to go into nursing but feels that she doesn't want to leave her 1yr w/ a babysitter (or as she likes to say a "stranger"). I was wondering if any of you guys knew of an online LPN or RN program? I ran into a lot of online programs for current RNs who want to further their ed. but that's not what I was looking for. Thanks for your help, CLK :)

With few exceptions, you need clinical experiences to validate learning - so this may be difficult for your sister to find an online nurse course. However, she may find that different colleges in her area offer nontraditional students the opportunity to go to school on the weekend and evenings, when maybe someone in the family could babysit.
