Nursing one make it or break it EXAM help

So far my grades are 94 78 &76 we have 4 exams and a final i did my average i need to get a 84 or above to be where i would like to be before the final . this 4th exam includes nutrition ,, f&e , and two other chapters we have not done yet but they are much lighter. four days after 4th exam I have my final which is cumulative. That being said with my current grades I really need to pull off a high grade if I want to pass the semester. Since we are done with clinicals for this semester next week i have two days were i can stay in the library all day (which I plan to ). I made a study sched with a close friend so that we can both study together at her home. Do you guys have any advice on studying for a situation like this i really really need to pass these exams to stay in program so any advice is greatly appreciated.

What grade is passing? I know you want it to be higher but be happy your passing. School is tough. As for advice it helps me to record the lectures so I can go back and listen to them as I study incase I miss anything. Note cards help too along with study groups. For med/surg we had a workbook that we had to do that helped alot too. Also, NCLEX made easy and NCLEX 4000. Those are great practice questions.

a 78 exactly is passing if you get a 77.999 you still fail you need to get a 78 on the dot i want some playing room for the final that is why i want a high grade on this exam . i mean if i pass with a 78 then great i passed thats what i care about right now i just want to know what is the lowest i can score and still pass. but I still would like to pass with an 84 or 86 average but i would have to do fantastic on this exam.
