New Grad to work in Australia

Hello,

I am currently finishing my nursing degree in Ontario, and I will be graduated in the Summer of 2017. I want to do nursing in Australia or New Zealand for 6 months to a year, but I wanted to know if anyone has every done this right out of graduating, and if so, what are the requirements to do so? Or do I need experience as a nurse here before I move out there for a bit?

The requirements are brutal. There was a message on the international board about a nurse who did it. I think it ended up taking her close to a couple years of paperwork and forms and major fees to get it done. There is a section on here. Do a search.
