If I calculated correctly I have about 84 points. I'm not sure if I got points for language so I may be a little off. Did you apply? How many points did you have?

I haven't applied yet. I still need to take Micro in the fall and then I can finally apply. I'm trying to get find out how many points people are getting to get in to the program at Mira Costa and Palomar. You should be golden with 84!!! Did you take Micro at Palomar or Miracosta? What did you get in Micro?

I took Micro at Miramar actually. I'm not sure if that school is far for you, but if you choose to take micro there I would definitely recommend taking it with Dan Trubovitz. He was really helpful and fair.

I applied too. I'm not real confident in calculating my points, as last time I was totally off from what records/evaluations calculated. At any rate sounds like they will notify end of April. Wondering if they notify via email, student email, USPS.. or??

HavasuSun, Did you apply at both Mira Costa and Palomar? I hear that Mira Costa will send a letter via snail mail... Not sure about Palomar.

@HavasuSun Did you apply to any other schools? I read old forums about MiraCosta and it seems like students were notified by mail and email. Hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer!

Yes, I re-applied to both Miracosta & Palomar. Last year I received my Palomar rejection via email. Miracosta sent out my rejection letter last year via USPS along with an "intent to re-apply" form to fill out and send in (which is how I re-applied). I remain hopeful but know it could take a few years. Oy......
