I took Microbiology and A&P II last summer and found it very easy. During a normal semester I've been taking 4 classes (12-16 credits) while working 3 12 hour shifts a week. I find that to be harder than last summer because I cut my hours down to 2 12 hour shifts a week. This extra day gave me PLENTY of time to do all of my work and I actually had quite a bit of free time.

    I finished Microbiology with a 97 and A&P II with a 100. I studied for about 20 hours a week.

I was hesitant to take any additional classes because I wanted to guarantee my As, but it turns out that fear was false.

Interesting fact: In order to be eligible for full-time financial aid at my school you have to take 12 credits during summer. Anything less is considered part time and in my experience that seems about right.

bhanson, you have given me the courage to take A&P II and Microbiology this summer I am very excited because so many people say you cannot do something pumps you up to want to do it more. I have a daughter and hopefully I will be working by then (fingers-crossed) so it will be a challenge. Thanks for the thread and thanks for the advice
