Is there importance of only RN certificate

hi all. i am a 1st year nursing studend of general nursing.the school in which i am studing is not good.i am not getting good practical as well as therotical knowledge. the studies are also not condected in english language & i also dont have qualified tutors.

But then also i am confident that i will pass my exminations & would definately became a nurse.so i want to ask that 'is there importance of only RN certificate' &can i get a good job with that without sounding practical expirence.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Go to your instructors and tell them something is not working for you(is that acceptable in India?). You need good practical experience, as this is how you get the hands on training. Good luck-Andrea

Hi Dilip, I think I understand what you are asking. Many jobs are open to you if you have your RN certificate, and many hospitals provide you with a training period as well as someone who will work with you so you can get to know how that hospital likes things done. Not every nursing school offers clinical practice in every single area of nursing, so there are many areas where new RN's do not have much experience. This is to be expected if you are a new RN graduate, and I think many employers understand this. If you have done well with your studies, I am sure you would be able to learn any new skills you would need in your workplace. Good luck with your studies!
