ICF and ECF (infants, children)

According to my textbook:

In an infant, ECF is one half the body's fluid and ICF is one half the body's weight. But, on another page, it says that in an infant, the ECF is 40% of body weight, and the ICF is 35% of body weight.

In a child, the ECF is 1/3 of body's fluid, and ICF is 2/3 of the body's fluid. The ECF is 34 % of the child's body weight, and the ICF is 30% of the body's weight.

How (in the infant), can the ECF represent 50% of body fluids (same as ICF), but represent a greater percentage of body weight than the ICF?

How (in the child), can ECF represent 33% of body fluids (less than ICF), but represent a greater percent of body weight than the ICF (which is 67% of the body's fluids, but lower % of body weight)?

thanks
