I can't figure out what this means

My patient is getting NPH for IDDM 2 times a day, but it's written on the chart for one of the doses with a little triangle in front of the NPH. Anybody know what that means? I know a triangle is supposed to mean like a change in something... but I don't understand how that works written in front of that.

I'd have to see the order to tell you. The triangle symbol does mean change. Could it be that the doc was changing one of the dosages of NPH?

That's what I'm thinking.
