How can I do well in my prereqs without feeling stressed out

I'm a freshman in college and I am in my second semester. I'm a pre-nursing student and I need some advice :/ I am currently taking my prereqs before I apply for the associate degree in nursing program. The thing is that I feel stressed out and overwhelmed by my prereqs. People in my family expect a lot out of me, and its only because they want the best for me. my boyfriend wants me to do well and so does his family. My first semester of college I did decent and I got a 2.68 GPA. I really want to improve and possibly be on the deans list. so far I haven't failed any of my classes and so far I haven't gone anything below a C. To get into the ADN program at my school I need a 2.7 GPA or higher and I need a C or above in all of my courses. I want to apply for spring semester 2016 for the nursing program. This summer I am taking two summer classes. for fall I will be wrapping up most of my prereqs but I want to apply for spring semester, but when i'm in the nursing program i will still need to finish two of my prereqs while in the program.

when I was in high school I made it on the honor roll and principals list and had a 3.5 GPA throughout high school. I had no problems earning good grades and I was in honors and AP classes in high school. I find college to be much more difficult for me. I I really want to be a nurse and this is what I really want to do for the rest of my life. I have bad test anxiety and poor study habits now that I'm in college. I tend to over study and second guess myself on tests and that's how I mess up. I also study for tests at the last minute because I work part time third shift over the weekends as well. I really need to stop doing this but I need help. work isn't interfering with my school, its just the difficulty of everything is starting to get to me. I go to school four days a week and work three days a week. I don't have that much of a social life due to working third shift on weekends and being in school four days a week. I don't care as much for the social life part, I just want to do well and follow my dreams. so far I'm doing alright in all of my classes, but I'm just scared that if I can barely get through my prereqs, how am I going to get through my nursing classes for when I'm in the program? any advice?
