Hesi. What a fun test!

Yes it was fun! For us it counted for only 5% of our total grade so there was no pressure to do well. We took it after our clinical final and at first I thought I would be too brain dead to do well on it, but I passed it with a 94.46% or a Hesi score of 1095. The best part of this test is at the end the computer gives a detailed summary of what areas I did well on and what areas I need to improve on. I think the information will be very useful the next time I study for an exam and may even help me break past my "B" barrier!

On a different note, after three exams in two days I decided that I would have a nice margarita after I finished the HESI. So at 11:00 a group of us decide to wait for grades to be posted while we blow off some steam. We ordered drinks and talked and laughed at each others experiences.

Two drinks (for me) later we decide to return to school to check grades. I do know I passed my clinical and theory class with a B, but I cannot for the life of me remember what my final scores are. Note to self, sober up before checking grades! By the way...I usually never drink, I do not promote or condone drinking, I did have a designated driver.....I am only saying this because I do not want to be labeled "Ineffective coping d/t stress from the endless amounts of study time amb blah, blah, blah! :chuckle
