I don't know if you're in school or of you work for a hospital, but most hospitals have small libraries in them for the doctors and nurses. If you're still in school, try your school library. If you're not affiliated with any libraries (school or hospital) you can go to your nearest public library to get help.
Online journals are free when you use them at the subscribing library and then you also have access to all the print articles.

There are articles from over 20 different nursing journals kept on the site; just look under ce connections (continuing education) and then choose how you would like to find the article (by journal, by specialty, etc)
Most of the articles are free although some do cost money. They are great to read just to keep informed and up - to - date also.
