I can't wait to start in the fall. I had to be there from 10am till 6 pm yesterday doing background checks, and measuring/ordering uniforms. I also signed up for a drug dosage calculation class that starts Mon. I tested high enough in math that I didn't have to take it, but I was told that it would help me in the long run. It is only a 10 day class Mon-Fri. So it shouldn't be that bad. I love math to, so I am looking forward to it.
It sort of sounds scary. (the nursing program all together) They told us we would not be cooking or cleaning for our family for 2 years, and that a lot of people would end up getting divorces before they graduate I think I can handle it.

i said all that to say this. don't be afraid, you know what you are capable of, and you know what you want. if being a nurse is what you want, you will be able to do it. time management is very important. also remember, you aren't working on anyone else's timetable but yours. don't feel bad if you have to take a lighter load one semester because you have family responsibilities. although i am anxious to get out of school, if i thought i couldn't handle it...i would cut back. i wish you good luck, and just relax, relate, release!!
