FT Job & Nursing School

Hello, everyone. Since I will be starting the nursing program in February next year, I am looking for employment. There is a possibility of me working full time from now until I start the program, but this job is looking for someone to work long term. I do believe that working full-time while in nursing school would not be the smartest of ideas, but since most of my nursing classes are online, I think it might be feasible. I could start the job and quit if I feel like it's just too much pressure, but at the same time, I'm not the kind of person to let someone down. Also, before anyone says to look for a PT job, I am in the process of looking, but many jobs want people to work FT.

Advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you can work full time until nursing school, take it! If you need to work full time through nursing school, then go to school part time. Good luck.

That's probably what I'm going to do. I'll try it out first and see what happens. The school that I'll be attending goes by a block schedule. So technically it's taking one class at a time, but some block lengths vary.

BTW, I see you on these forms a lot and you give pretty good/insightful advice. Just saying lol.
