Formulating PICO question

Hi all, I need help with my pico question. I feel like it could be worded better.

Question: "in cancer patients does dietary changes combined with chemotherapy increase cancer survival compared to just using chemotherapy"

Population: individuals undergoing chemo

Intervention: dietary changes (more specific?)

Comparison: no dietary changes/chemo only

Outcome: survival rate

In patients undergoing chemo, do those who have dietary changes included as part of their treatment plan have higher survival rates when compared to patients without dietary changes included?
