Good luck Jaxia and Yang on skills check off tomorrow. I am curious to know how it goes. I have mine on Tuesday and then lecture test #1 on Wednesday.
    Good luck you all.

You guys are going to do great!!!

Well, I had mine today, but our instructor didn't tell us how we did. We have to wait until tomorrow.

Hopefully I passed, because I was so nervous I couldn't find Yang's pulse! And then when I did, I thought I was feeling the pulse in the tip of my fingers, too. Doh.

She didn't even tell you if you passed? That's mean........
Kathy, are you going to be there tomorrow? I will be there from 12 to 3. If you want the syllabus, call me. I will have skills , so I will be in the labs.

Nope! It's pretty hard to have to sit around and stress about it. It's all everyone was talking about before the SNA meeting started.

Allison (if you are reading this), do you not go to SNA meetings, or did you have a class?

Jaxia.... You have Mrs. M for skills lab as well?

I would think Mrs. M would tell you if you didn't pass. I hunted her down after the Medication check-off to make sure I passed. I didn't want to stress over the whole weekend. She still had to grade the documentation. (I ended up making a 100 on that check-off....whew!)

I don't see her not telling you that you would have to repeat the skill. OK?

I screwed up the first one, but I knew it immediately afterwards.

Go with the gut feeling that you did pass, but everyone please remember that it's ok to redo just in case someone doesn't pass the first time. (I still ended up with an A in skills, and an A in clinical.)

Yes, I have Mrs. M. She did still need to grade the documentation. But how could she know if I passed (was within +- 5 if she hadn't checked my documentation? That's why I'm stressing.) Thank goodness I only have to wait until tomorrow

I tend to get myself all worked up over silly things and over analyze. I just need to take a chill pill -- lol!

Thanks for the info, Fun -- that does make me feel better to know that about her style.

I know how you feel.....That's why I didn't go home without finding out about my meds check-off!

(I for sure didn't want to wait a whole weekend!!!)

I will be there Mysterious. What is your section number? I don't think I passed my check-off. I'm frustrated already and it's only week 3. I guess we'll find out tomorrow! Hope everyone has a good night!
