Does anyone know exactly what states are mandating that RNs have a BSN?

Hi! I am doing a project for school and as a part of it, I want to find exactly what states are mandating BSNs. I think N. Dakota and maybe NY and Conn. but am not sure-I have checked the BON with each state, but cannot find where it would be- checked the nurse practice acts! Thanks

It's not in the nurse practice acts because no state currently requires a BSN for licensure as an RN.

North Dakota had this requirement for some period of time (I believe it was a short period) and then dropped it. The issue has come up within the NY state legislature, but is not currently law, nor is there a legislative vote currently scheduled.
