I'm a practical nursing student in Ontario, and I plan on going to school for registered nursing after I complete this program. I know there are bridging programs that are designed for RPN students to complete the RN program faster, and I have been considering a few.
However, due to my situation, it would be much more convenient if I could find a program that I could complete online... Does that exist? Or is there a school that would offer a bridging program with distance education or something like that?

Hello,
Bridging programs in the USA have clinical components, which are completed in-person. The closest you could get to 100% online is a hybrid program (classes online with clinicals on-site). I do not know if they are available in Ontario. However, if/when you find a program that interest you, ensure it is accredited by Accreditation - Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing / Association canadienne des ecoles de sciences infirmieres (CASN / ACESI).
You can do online searches or ask your current Academic Advisor.
Best wishes!
