Comparison of Brachial vs. Calf Blood Pressure

For an ideal healthy adult, what is the difference between the Brachial vs. Calf Blood Pressure? Why measure both? Which is higher?

According to a clinical text by Smith and Duell, a blood pressure that is taken with the blood pressure cuff on the thigh will have a higher systolic pressure of 20-30 mm Hg than the brachial bp, but the diastolic will be about the same. However, this doesn't answer the question of brachial vs. calf.

I expect Daytonite probably knows the answer, so thanks in advance. :D

Is this an odd question? Can no one provide feedback?

So... it seems that everyone is willing to answer questions that are ambiguous and relates to teaching... but no one can answer this simple clinical question.

The silence is deafening. Are there no instructors willing to take a shot at this? No Nurses with years of Critical Thinking that can help me puzzle through this? Are there no Socratic tacklers of reasoning?
