My whole school used "Campbell, Reece, Mitchell - 5th Edition" ISBN#0-8053-6573-7

My husband had the same book a couple of semesters later...

There may be a newer edition by now, but my bio prof said it was the bible of biology...

my school's using BIOLOGY by Campbell @ Reece 6th edition.....

it's a great book and a CD goes with it......The CD has outlines of the chapters and some quizzes for you to answer.....

Another textbook that i would refer is "Biology Made Easy"....

it made biology easier at some point (just like what the title says..)..i forgot who the author is.....u can just search it on google.....
