best medical dictionary?

I have been told that Taber's medical dictionary is very good. Would you recommend that one or another one? Also does it include phsyiology, microbiology, chemistry terms, etc.? Thanks for any suggestions.

Other reference book for me is Lippincotts Manual of nursing practice.........but there are others!
