Barely passing my first semester HELP

I passed my first semester of nursing school. It was a fast paced semester we only had 8 weeks for fundamentals I and 8 weeks for fundamentals II. I got great feedback from my clinical instructor she told me come see her when I graduate she would introduce me to the right people.

I'm quite down about my fundamentals theory grades. Fundamentals I, barely passed. 82% overall. Same for my second class, a 82%. Out of 8 tests for both classes, I made one B grade.

Passing at my school is a 75%. I'm very nervous going into GIGU that I won't pass. The only thing keeping me from fully freaking out is during clinicals I'm able to apply what I know.

Please help I'm so upset and need some advice on how to study smart :(

Concept maps. Concept maps. Concept Maps.

I concept map in the nursing process (ADPIE). What do I look for in the assessment data (Assessment)? What kind of diagnoses could apply to this condition (Diagnoses)? What will my outcomes be (Planning Outcomes)? What will my interventions be (Interventions)? How will I know my interventions worked (Evaluation)?

I also did a disease process worksheet for my reading notes in med-surg. It helped me a A LOT.

I attached two things I use regularly to help me study. Hopefully it helps you too :) If you need an example of a completed concept map, let me know. I'm sure I can dig one out.

Thank you so much! Did you mainly study on your own and how did you apply what you were learning? I tried a study group, but it didnt seem to help boost my grade come test time. I could still have a discussion about the topics we were learning and apply it, but come test time it was a no go.

do you mind if I use your worksheets to study with? Those are great and easier than pages on pages of notes!
