Applying for jobs before graduating

Hi everyone,

I am graduating an accelerated BSN degree program in May. I'm currently doing my preceptorship (which I LOVE) in the ICU. I have been able to find one program to which I could apply before graduating/having my RN license, but these seem to be few and far between. Does anyone have any idea where else there are programs that allow applicants to apply prior to graduating/taking the NCLEX? It would be greatly appreciated :)

I would just apply and hope for the best. That's what I'm doing- I'm graduating in May as well. Some places will consider you, some won't. You can always call HR and find out. Or even contact NMs if you are able to find out how they feel about it.
