ALL Case Studies!?

I am a little concerned about my geriatrics class that starts on Tuesday. The lecture portion of the class has no formal lecture. The entire class is taught using case studies. The class is divided up into small groups and each group presents a case study every week. The case studies will correlate with different assigned chapters that we are to read each week. The professor does not lecture at all though.

Anyone ever experience a similar type structured class? I am concerned because I enjoy the traditional lecture-based classes. I am trying to keep an open mind and hopefully I enjoy it, but I am a little worried.
