Hi, I am a student taking pre-requisites for entering a BSN program. This is the first semester I have taken out any loans. I have been hearing from people at the hospital that many hospitals will repay loans upon hiring. I was just wondering if that is a common occurance and if what kind of committment is usually required in exchange for this benefit. If any of you have received this from where you work, I would appreciate hearing your opinions and how it really works. I posted this on the student nursing thread to get their opinions, but would like to also hear from nurses who have already had this experience.
