Please Help Out-Heart Transplant Needed, Not Covered By Insurance

Call me a cynic, but I would look for some corroborating evidence before believing this (an actual news article or something). If it's true, I really think Medicaid would cover it, but of course that doesn't guarantee the availability of a heart. So coverage is only half the battle. There's also charity care, of course... I'm sure they could find a way. The solicitation of donations seems a little strange to me, I admit. But best of luck to them and those in a similar situation...
