My name is Kim Maryniak and I am a student at the University of Phoenix working on a PhD in Nursing degree. I am doing a research study entitled The Correlation between Peer Support and Quality of Life with Nurses. The purpose of the research study is to examine if a relationship exists between the use of peer support and the quality of life with participating nurses.

For you to be included in this study, you are a registered or licensed practical nurse, including advanced practices nurses, currently in practice, who have experienced workplace stress at some point in your career, regardless of the years in practice, specialty, or role. Your participation will involve completion of an online survey, which will take approximately 20 minutes. This survey can be done in one sitting, or can be completed in separate sittings if you return to the survey from the same computer. For this study, a minimum of 135 participants are needed.

If you are interested in participating in this study, please go to the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RG9LJCS

Thank you for your consideration!
