I am totally behind the mass resignation job action of the nurses in Nova Scotia. I think the goverment in our country (Canada) needs to wake up and start respecting nurses and the job and stresses they deal with on a daily basis. I hope this action will have a domino effect for the rest of the country.

I would like to hear from nurses in N.S. regarding their current wages and the demands they have regarding wages, benefits and working conditions.
