Need help with patient scenerio

Hi I am new to this web site and needed a bit of help. I have a sinario that I need help with. There is a 25 yr old hispanic who came into the ER with a rash on the front and back of his or her hand, a fever, and was having difficulty breathing. The doctor intibated the patient and the patient started having seizers and died. This all happened within a 1 hr period and I have to find out the cause of death. The teacher said that symptoms may or may not be related. Can anybody help me?
