need help picking health insurance at new job...

just got a new job and they are offering me the following insurances (i'm single and am trying to pick one that doesnt take out too much..or anything out of my pay check) here are my options....(also the nurses union in NY will cover the prescription drugs part for every insurance) can someone help me pick what they know to be a good insurance...or help me stray away from the bad ones?

I would advise you since you are single to pick a plan with a low deductible (like 500-1000). You shouldnt pay very much since it would be a single plan. You never know when something will happen. I learned this the hard way, I had a high deductible, had three surgeries last year (I thought I was healthy) and was then hospitilzed with a heart arrythmia. I am only 28!!! Anyway just my opinion!! Be thankful for health insurance!
