The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are prominent in nurses choosing to leave the bedside to pursue non-clinical nursing professions.

The criteria for this study is:

One must be a Registered Nurse
Has worked at the bedside within the last 10 years in the acute care setting
Has left the bedside within the last 10 years to pursue a non-clinical nursing profession
