Memorial Hermann vs. Texas Children's TMC

Hi everyone!

I was recently offered pediatric positions at both Memorial Hermann and Texas Children's hospital at TMC. While both have their pros and cons, I am very torn between the two. Does anyone have input on theses hospitals? I know they are both amazing and some of the best in Texas, but which do you feel is better for a graduate nurse? From my understanding, the Memorial Hermann job is a general pediatric position and the Texas Children's is on the neurology unit.

I'm dealing with a similar problem now. I've received and accepted my offer from Children's Memorial Hermann, but TCH just opened their application. How did you decide? They are both amazing places to work and I don't know what to do.
