Lost copy of clinical cases

Hi.! Anyone can help me stop my frustration. I am RN in the Philippines. I graduated year2011. I now live here California and submitted an application at bon. They are asking me to send them a copy of clinical cases which i no longer have neither my school or the prc. Anyone in the same situation got answer from bon regarding the options they have to become eligible for the exam.

I imagine they want care plans, etc., that were done during clinical. thank god I don't have to go through all that, I basically threw out all of that on the very last clinical day. it was a "celebration".

but we did have something called anecdotals, not sure if other schools did that. and our school keeps copies of those on file. I'm hoping OP would have that, at least.
