Failed acnp exam 3

So I have failed the acnp exam three times. The second time I was one question short! So I need any direction help I can get as the current methods are obviously bringing me up short. I use Barkley study guide, audio reviews and DRTs which is what Dr Barkley recommends "mastery of my book will allow you to pass the exam". I found the manner of questioning confusing and the proliference of hidden meaning very disheartening. As I write these things I have to relate I am a pretty smart person and have been constantly complimented by my peers, patients and physicians for my knowledge level. I am at a point where the frustration level I'm encountering is becoming disastrously harmful to motivation. If anyone has some magical study material that I can obtain I would appreciate any advice you have. Also who the heck gets multiple questions on Von Wildebrands? I am starting to think the test bank hates me!
