Why FCCJ over SJRCC?

U.S.A. Florida

I'm curious as to why so many Jax area students go to FCCJ over SJRCC. Is the nursing program better? Easier to get into? Closer to home? Better opportunities after finishing school?

I know that St. John's is strictly a daytime program. Is FCCJ day or night? St. John's OP works with OP medical center, but who does FCCJ partner with?

Well you heard so listen or don't that is up to you. It is funny how we all and I include my self in this also loose sight of the abilities to judge anything when there is a carrot in our face. We want it and we will put up with just about anything, and that makes us an easy target to practise on.:smokin:

This was always something instructors mentioned in a nursing school. They complained about the fact that they were not compensated enough. I do agree with that. Nursing instructors are not compensated enough for their hard work. I am speaking of the ones that go out of their way for their students. However, those instructors don't complain about it. The ones that complain about it are the ones that should not be inn teaching at all. Saying things like " when I was in nursing school etc." has nothing to do with a nursing school class curriculum. They will not admit their faults in students being overly stressed. In fact they make sure you are stressed. If you on the other hand are not the kind to show it. You will suffer. Of course you will also suffer when you do show it. You will be told that you need to concentrate or some other thing that floats into their heads:rolleyes:. I heard that one school in Florida asked an instructor that was interviewed for a position " are you willing to fail a student?" when person replied that everything in his/her power will be done to help the student. Instructor was asked again " are you willing to fail a student". After this line , the instructor apparently told them that this interview is over and left.:yeah: Person as I heard is working in another nursing school. This I can honestly say is a hear say. However, to all that passes around out there we have usually lump of truth attached. Things like this are done and are justified by not everyone can handle nursing school. Well I agree, but when they make a target practise out of students lives for fun and convince them selves that public service is being performed. Something is really wrong.:typing
