What are my chances of getting into FSU's nursing program as an OUT OF STATE TRANSFER

I applied for FSU's BSN traditional nursing program in Tallahassee, Florida for Fall of 2013. I am an out of state transfer student from Arizona and am transfering with 99 credits from a community college... My current GPA is 3.71 and I have a 4.0 in all nursing pre-reques. with only one more class to complete before the FSU nursing program starts this fall. I am reading allot of threads about how students with high GPA's are rejected because they are not current FSU students due to the limited space in this nursing program so I am very nervous...

For those who have been accepted or are also applying (whether instate or out of state) what is your GPA to get into the program and what is your opinion ??
