Memorial or Shands- Jacksonville?

I have been interviewing as a GN at both of these facilities and both look very promising at this point (yes, I feel very fortunate as a new grad).
My question is, has anyone worked at these hospitals and can provide insight to help me choose which to accept if both offer me a position? (which is what it is starting to look like). Thoughts please?
