House in Miami to rent for a year

I always search on allnurses.com because I also applied to the UM summer BSN accelerated program for May 2011, and always check on what others are saying and the application process. However, I have decided to head to Medical School in the Caribbean.

Me and my husband are looking to rent our house short time- minimum for preferably a year or so. I have posted this information on student doctor forums also but I thought the students in this program will benefit from it since they will most likely only be here for a year.

The house is located in a really good area, West Miami, its a closed community. It is on Flagler and Park Avenue, close to FIU, UM, Publix. Walgreens, Dolphin mall, major highways, etc....

Its a 2 story house. Has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, One car garage and two spots to park right outside the front door and visiting parking right across. Large backyard. The house is fully furnished, washer, dryer ..also has a full bar and Pool Table and access to the community pool and racquetball area.

Cable and internet included.

This is coming from another fellow student, this is our first time renting, we are just a family moving away to medical school and just would like to not abandon the house and well have some extra money on the side to cover our expenses for moving.

The rent depends on how many students are willing to rent the house with you. Since it has 4 bedrooms, the more students that want to rent the less per student. I can give you a rate when I see how many students want to share the house. It will be best if the students are all from the same program that way its easier on you all..I can have the house available by April 15.
