Pre-interview DDI & Math Test now required... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

hey all,

i graduated form nursing school two years ago and have been working in psych. i am now trying to transition to a traditional hospital job, tele. i applied to my local hospitals and finally got a call back today from the telemetry nurse manager of my first choice hospital. she informed me that prior to an interview i have to take a ddi assessment and math test.

has anyone taken this test before. i was doing some online research and read that the test is quite difficult to pass. i really want this job but am now worried that this test will stand in my way!

any tips, advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

Taking both of these tomorrow. Didn't think I would be so nervous. But.....I am. I have worked for this company for almost ten years and am graduating form nursing school in May. I know someone who didn't pass (an employee). The link in the older thread didn't work. I looked up DDI and looked over the sections of the test. I see the above information about at least one part of the test, but what about the others? The sample questions had to do with appeasing angry patient's and family members. Can anyone shed some new light on this tonight? Thanks. Really want an interview!!
