didn't we all have to do head to toe assessments, administered po meds, subq meds, monitor I&Os, etc......?
I think it's over kill. I'm sorry, but I don't really like the resume. I didn't list any of my clinicals, just my past work history, my school, honors, and affiliations. Just my 2 cents.drmorton2b likes this. -

I think unless your applying to a place you did clinical at for a job or your a specialized or APRN level nurse, all of it is implied, clinical sites are not needed.
The resume worksheet the college gave me is somewhat of a joke. It is implied that Nurses can take a BP, etc.
